The financial data that Statistics Canada is demanding is not anonymous, it’s personal and private. It includes account bank balances, debit and credit transactions, mortgage payments, e-transfers, all taken from Canadians without their consent. Canada’s Conservatives are not going to trust this Liberal government to protect Canadians when they have violated their privacy so many times before.
