The Liberals think they did nothing wrong in the Mark Norman trial (and the SNC-Lavalin affair) because their attempts to interfere in the judicial process were unsuccessful. That’s like saying someone who tried to rob a bank did nothing wrong if they failed to get their hands on the cash.
