Liberals Cause High Gas Prices in B.C.

In Chilliwack–Hope we are paying over $1.50 a litre for gasoline today, with prices nearing $1.80 in Metro Vancouver, but Liberals think those prices should be even higher.

These prices are fueled by the Liberals’ insistence on a carbon tax, and the Liberals’ inability to the get the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion built.

These record-high gas prices are making one of the most unaffordable regions in North America even more expensive. Conservatives have a plan to make life more affordable for Canadians, by scrapping the federal Carbon tax and getting the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion built.
