Demanding a fair trial is not playing politics, it’s the right of every Canadian

Today, Conservatives questioned Justin Trudeau, asking him to release cabinet documents for a very important criminal trial that impacts former Vice-Admiral Mark Norman, who was the second in command for the entire Canadian Armed Forces. 

Instead of answering our questions, the Prime Minister accused us of “playing politics.”

Demanding a fair trial is not playing politics, it’s the right of every Canadian. 

The Prime Minister has the ability to release important documents that are critical for Mark Norman’s defence. He could do it today.
